Reportedly, Amedy Coulibaly, the hostage-taker in Porte de Vincennes in France, had a GoPro camera with him during the attack at kosher supermarket in Porte de Vincennes, Friday, January 9.
The camera was found, and the memory card is still operational. It is not known if any images were taken and if the images were broadcast on the Internet.
A survivor of the Hyper Kosher supermarket hostage-taking in Porte de Vincennes had told the French newspaper Libération that Amedy Coulibaly had a GoPro camera on him and was carrying a computer. “He took out the memory card from the camera, put it in the computer and was doing something to the images,” told Nessim Cohen to newspaper.
A GoPro, a jihadist flag, a dozen Molotov cocktails, two walkie-talkies, a police visor and a flashing light were also found in the Citroën C3 abandoned by the Kouachi brothers during the chase by police, on Wednesday, January 7.
